"Don’t expect substantive feedback through the career development process. You will have to do this informally, and many women don’t connect with influential mentors."

"Salaried professionals up to Manager level can work from home one day a week and generally have work-free weekends and vacations. Directors and above may not be able to disconnect more than a day or two depending on role."

"I’ve never taken it but female friends at work have complained about HR’s handing of the paperwork and process. I think it’s 6 weeks short term disability + FMLA (unpaid up to 12 weeks in addition to the 6). Some women have tried to plan delivery in Oct to take FMLA in 2 calendar yrs"
