Do not work for this company. Carefully read the negative reviews on Glassdoor and a pattern of inauthenticity, discrimination, and unfairness emerges. The CEO pretends to care, but his actions are louder than words. For evidence, I would suggest all women to read the reviews on Glassdoor and Owler carefully, paying especially close attention to the negative ones as they are usually the ones that are from actual employees and not implanted by the company's HR department.

At least in the toxic tort practice area, attorneys are completely pigeon-holed. No lateral mobility within the firm. The toxic tort partners play favorites; if you're not one of the chosen ones, life is very difficult. Not a fun place to work.

Lack of opportunities for those outside of headquarters. Middle managers often not given reign to create positive change or bring new ideas to the table. Lack of support and opportunity is frustrating for ambitious women who do not like being boxed in to narrow roles. New generous maternity leave benefits appear positive on the outside. The catch is the lack of coverage while one is out combined with the lack of support/judgement on how much time one takes upon returning to the office. These issues must be addressed.

There is a strong presence of powerful women in leadership roles and very minimal gender discrepancies. While it would be unfair to say Box is the 100% gender aligned, in my experience, most issues are recognized by execs because of the strong open communication within the organization. Women have a voice and they help guide this company in a positive and transformative way.
