"Due to focus on client demands, there is little work life balance. Unpredictable scheduling and quick turnaround cause one to work extremely long hours and can hamper relationship and family life. There is little support given to flexible work arrangements. There are few women in senior leadership roles. However, there were initiatives to change this within the company at the time I worked there."

"Weil has a deep history of supporting women. They're very honest and transparent about the challenges within big law in attracting and retaining female talent. It's an incredibly demanding industry, and the challenges are ubiquitous. They could get more creative, but it's a slow-changing industry and these problems are not unique to the firm."
