"Great place for women as long as you're placed in a team willing to champion you. I was lucky enough to be placed in a team with a female manager who cared about my development. I did witness the other side of the coin- there is a gate-keeping culture of sorts.. if you gel with your team mates and leaders you will get far, but if you are not a culture fit, expect the treatment to be slightly different. Different functions have different cultures as well- some are more cut throat than others. "

"The schedule is set so you can't get full-time and can't plan on doing anything else because you are always on call."
