"The overall company does not value diversity in any fashion. It's predominately older white men with limited number of women/ethnically diverse senior level managers within the business units. Promotions appear to be based on friendships rather than talent and ability. If you are a women looking to advance your career I would not choose Worthington Industries. There are limited positions available for growth. The only support system in place for women is a women's network but it is reserved for only manager level employees. The exclusivity of this group seeking to promote this injustice is an oxymoron. "

"This employer tends to promote men faster than women. There is not a lot of diversity at the top. There is not a lot done to recruit or promote women at all levels of the company. "
