"Lots of great, smart women engineers, scientists, and other technical professionals work here. In my experience, there is a lot of solidarity and support amongst coworkers. However, there are very few women leaders at the corporate level, and there is a severe disconnect between corporate leadership and local offices (corporate seems “out of touch”)."

"Fine for working mothers if you have full-time child care
“Butts in seats” mentality still pervasive
Difficult environment if you have any family obligations
Male execs condescend to women in ways they wouldn’t towards other men
And don’t be over 30. They’re obsessed with the youngest portion of population. "
