"There are a lot of men working here and because of the nature of certain jobs (ie: plant and field jobs) but I have never felt that I have been treated differently because of being a woman. I have always felt that I have been treated equally and fairly."

"It depends on your department but for the most part management is flexible related to work/life balance. It would be nice to have more policies that support that."

"I think the company is trying to live its values and give women equal opportunities. I recommend it as an employer. Sometimes it is other women who hold women back not the men in the organization."

"Offered 100% Short Term Disability of 6 weeks for vaginal delivery or 8 weeks for Cesarean. Unpaid after that. Most of the larger buildings / facilities offer personal care rooms for medical / pumping needs, equipped with sinks and refrigerators."

"I was a contractor with no opportunity to get hired on. That meant no benefits whatsoever."
