"Gender inequality runs rampant here. Very heavily male-dominated environment with few opportunities created for women to advance."

"Overall the company is great with looking for people to advance and broaden their career. Although I have heard that this is more of a focus on the Revenue side than any of the other departments. I would be careful in selecting your department based on reviews as this really determines the amount of flexibility and opportunities that you have."
