"YouTube is led by a woman CEO who has five kids (enough said there). Before the pandemic, the office is visibly more diverse than the other tech companies I worked at. There are a lot of female leaders cross different ladders at YouTube, including Engineering. My TL was a woman. Overall it is a great company for women."
