"ZS's three values are do the right thing, treat people right, and get it right. By living these values, we foster mutrual respect and trust among our people and our clients. This allows us to have a culture of flexibility. For example, ZS allows for the flexibility to balance your work & life, whether it be working part-time or setting boundaries for when you want to be offline / with family. As long as you provide the respect for your teams, your teams will respect you and your other commitments"
