Monique Plenty is a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting, LLP with over 15 years of IT Management consulting experience in delivering large-scale modernization, agile, and digital projects for Government, Public Sector, and Commercial clients. Her career experience includes progressive responsibility in program and project management, IT strategy and implementation, business requirements management, and test management, as well as deeps skills in front-end, user-centric design and back-end technical implementation. Monique has a proven track record of on-time delivery in every phase of the software engineering lifecycle, and a successful career of developing innovative solutions for her high-profile clients. Combining these skills and project experiences uniquely positions Monique to advise clients on digitalizing their legacy systems and applications. In addition to helping her clients solve their technology challenges, Monique is passionate about mentoring women and under-represented minorities on the keys to successfully climbing the corporate ladder. Rebecca is a recognized leader in healthcare strategic transformation within Deloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) Strategy & Analytics practice. She has 13 years of experience developing and implementing consumer and population health strategies designed to prevent chronic disease, mitigate maladaptive coping behaviors, and improve health equity. Rebecca draws upon her background in policy analysis, pilot/demonstration program development, data analytics, and behavioral insights to help her client partners reduce cost and improve health outcomes. She possesses subject matter expertise in public health approaches to tobacco cessation, substance misuse reduction, obesity reduction, and suicide prevention. Rebecca has supported a wide range of civilian and defense health agencies and currently manages a project focused on measuring human performance across 8 domains of fitness for a Federal defense agency. As an experienced project manager and lead of large, multi-faceted teams, she achieves successes through mentoring and coaching her teams to create collaborative environments focused on supporting client missions.
