Mary Kim Elkins is the Senior Vice President, Taxes for Eaton. Mary Kim is the first woman to hold this position. In this role, she is responsible for Eaton’s global tax function. Mary Kim joined Eaton in 2006 as Director, Tax Strategy for the Fluid Power Group. Since that time, she has gone on to serve as Vice President, Operational Tax Strategy, and most recently as Vice President, International Tax Strategy. Mary Kim also serves on the board of Achievement Centers for Children.
In this role Nancy is responsible for leading Eaton’s global ethics and compliance program along with a team of attorneys and legal professionals.
