Event details

Did you know that creating an inclusive work culture can help to build better communication, trust, engagement, and empowerment among employees? In fact, according to Modern Health, “helping cultivate a sense of belonging is crucial for employee well-being, productivity, and retention in the modern workplace.” But how can employers create such inclusive and welcoming workplaces?

Well, the first step is to meet workers where they are and address their unique and diverse needs. For instance, endless research suggests that support for work-life balance and mental health are essential for women in the workplace. To find out how companies and individuals can support women in these areas, we reached out to leaders from nVent, a woman-led global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions. In this upcoming webinar, these women will join us to discuss how they have achieved work-life balance with the help of their company’s inclusive culture.

At nVent, their teammates are encouraged to bring bold ideas, be authentic, and help build a more sustainable and electrified world. In this webinar, you’ll learn about:

  • Why establishing a workplace of inclusivity is the foundation for communication, trust, and empowerment in the workplace

  • How championing work-life balance contributes to creating a welcoming and inclusive workplace where employees are more actively engaged in their work

  • What health and well-being benefits at nVent help to create a company culture in which employees feel heard, empowered, and respected

  • How to navigate sensitive topics in the workplace, including being open about mental health and validating and respecting others’ concerns and conditions

  • How to advocate for mental health and work-life balance in the workplace

  • How to successfully make career pivots, which can also feel stressful or overwhelming
