What to expect

Speed networking will run during the entire duration of the event, providing you the opportunity to connect for 5 minutes with recruiters from the various companies. Dress to impress (at least from the waist up), as you'll have the opportunity to turn your camera on for the networking!

Event Requirements

Fairygodboss has a mission to help all women achieve their career goals. One way we do this is by partnering with employers who are actively trying to recruit and hire for their open roles.

Our virtual career fairs for women in technology supports employers who specifically have a need for experienced technical hires. These employer partners are looking to meet jobseekers with 2+ years minimum experience holding job titles such as:

• Software engineers

• Web developers

• Product managers and product management

• Data scientists and data analytics

• UX/UI designers

• Cybersecurity professionals

• Technology consultants

• Technology team leaders

• Technical program rand project management

If you are a full-time student or your background does not fit the above, you may apply to attend but please be aware that you may be disqualified to honor the intentions of participating employers.
