According to a recent GOBankingRates survey, the majority of American adults (57.65 percent) are planning to make a major job change this year. Some are seeking more purpose in their work, some want more flexibility and some are after better benefits or bigger paychecks. Others are preparing themselves to adapt to advancements in emerging technologies like artificial intelligence and machine learning.
