Sharon Luzie, Vice President of Global Commercial Quality, is responsible for providing strategic direction for all areas of commercial quality across Janssen Pharmaceuticals. She leads the Janssen Quality Review Board and partners closely end-to-end across all Janssen quality functions, as well as cross-functionally, to assure product safety, quality, and regulatory compliance at our Distribution Centers, Third Party Logistic Centers, Local Operating Companies and markets globally. During Sharon’s 18 years of service at Johnson & Johnson she has held positions of increasing responsibility and delivered outstanding business results. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Ursinus College, Pennsylvania. She was awarded the Tribute to Women in Industry (TWIN) Leadership Award in 2014 by the NJ YWCA, the oldest and largest multicultural women’s organization in the world.

Stacy Vochecowicz is a Supply Chain professional with 20+ years of experience. Throughout her career, Stacy’s experiences have included operational, entrepreneurial and transformative roles that have all shaped her as a dynamic leader. Stacy is currently the Strategic Support Leader for J&J’s Executive Vice President and Chief Global Supply Chain Officer (CGSCO). In this role, Stacy serves as a trusted advisor to the CGSCO in identifying and shaping innovative, sustainable, and outcome-driven strategies that drive business growth and innovation in pursuit of J&J’s long-term business strategy. Prior to joining J&J, Stacy spent 6 years at The Colgate-Palmolive Company, where she held several positions within Global Product Development. Stacy holds a BS in Chemistry from The Montclair State University. She is a graduate of various leadership development programs such as The J&J STAR (Shaping Talent & Accelerating Results) Program and The Smith Custom College Program for Women’s Leadership. Throughout her career, Stacy has fostered a passion for developing future talent and she continues to mentor many individuals both internal and external to J&J. Stacy lives in New Jersey with her husband and her two boys.

Jennifer Venable is a Senior Director, Site Head of Discovery Chemistry at Janssen Research & Development in La Jolla, Ca. Her current responsibilities include delivery of La Jolla small molecule therapeutic area programs and to drive the Targeted Protein Degradation Platform globally within Janssen. She received her PhD in organic chemistry from The University of Texas at Austin under the direction of Professor Phil Magnus in 2001. Subsequently she joined the Janssen immunology group in La Jolla as a medicinal chemist in 2002 focusing on the discovery of small molecule ligands for kinases, GPCR, transporter, and protein-protein interaction targets. With over 20 years of industrial experience, Jennifer is a successful drug discovery leader with a track record of delivering development candidates that have entered the clinic. As a project leader across immunology programs, she has developed broad drug design knowledge targeting oral, inhaled, GI-targeting and irreversible therapies. She has leveraged her expertise in medicinal chemistry, organic synthesis, SBDD, PK/PD relationships, and ADME optimization in working with multi-disciplinary cross-functional teams both internally and externally.
