Kevin Doyle is the Head of Supply Chain for Ethicon Biosurgery. In this role he and his team ensure on-time manufacture and delivery of high quality products to our customers all around the globe. His career at Johnson & Johnson over the past 18 years has included roles in quality and operations in both the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. Throughout his career, Kevin has continued to demonstrate his commitment for Diversity & Inclusion at J&J making it the foundation of how he does business. Kevin works out of Somerville, NJ and lives with his husband Justin in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.

An Claes is Vice President, Global Supply Chain Planning in Consumer Health, a 14bn$ division of Johnson and Johnson. In this role An and her team are accountable for elevating the supply chain planning capabilities, across demand forecasting, supply, inventory, materials and network planning – optimizing service, inventory and cost. An is a Commercial Engineer with a Masters in Operations Management and she joined Johnson & Johnson in August 2018. Prior to Johnson and Johnson, An started her career as a consultant with Accenture, but spent most her career with Nike, where she worked across all dimensions of the supply chain, from front-line retail to distribution, manufacturing and sourcing. There’s never a better day at work for her then when engaging with emerging talent, and seeing others succeed. An is the proud mother of 3 children, and she and her family have moved continents 4 times. Her passions are to dance and ski, and she’s recently learning to surf. An is a native Belgian but currently lives with her husband and children in Zug, Switzerland.
