Marta is responsible for global operations for the Recovery Science Business Unit and driving EGX (Enovis Growth Excellence), which includes strategic policy deployment initiatives and continuous improvement. She leads the Recovery Science Manufacturing Operations in Shanghai, China and Dallas, Texas, producing clinical products that optimize physical performance, restore function, and promote recovery and wellness in both human and animal patients. Marta began her career at John Deere, working at the harvester manufacturing facility with roles in production scheduling, inventory control, purchasing, and commodity management (steel). She left the Midwest for the Southern California sun to take on a Supply Chain Manager role with Callaway Golf, helping optimize supply and systems strategies to manufacture and distribute golf clubs and accessories on multiple continents, while taking full advantage of the employee discount! Marta shifted to med tech with DJO Global (now Enovis), where she held roles in Supply Chain, New Product Introduction and ultimately had full site and P&L responsibility for the Vista Manufacturing Center, creating custom orthopedic bracing and medical devices. She is passionate about building effective teams and processes and continues to learn every day, despite her BA and MBA degrees and over 25 years of manufacturing and supply chain experience.

Su recently joined Enovis Canada as General Manager for International Pain & Recovery. She brings over 15+ years of med tech experience in a variety of practice areas including cardiothoracic surgery, interventional cardiology to the wound care industry which focuses on a number of practice specialties. She is now applying that diversity to learning about bracing & supports and recovery sciences. Her commercial leadership skills and background rooted in a marketing have contributed to the successful growth and transformation at companies such as Smith+Nephew, KCI Medical (prior to 3M acquisition) and St. Jude Medical (prior to Abbott acquisition). Su is passionate about helping an organization sustainably grow by enhancing productivity, optimizing processes and driving innovation. She is also the only female GM in the International P&R business and is cultivating opportunities for her fellow female colleagues by creating the Canadian chapter of the Women’s Leadership Group at Enovis.

Pamela (Pam) Hall is a Senior Executive and P&L Leader, with experience in MedTech in leading Innovation Companies. Pamela leads global teams to deliver product innovation and health system strengthening, leading business units from $100M to $1B in category size, with global reach. Pam is responsible for driving investments, digital and product strategies, partnerships, innovation deployment and commercial activation, with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class designs and improved clinical outcomes for patients and customers. As a STEM professional, with 27 years of experience, Pam has worked in 4 Industries, living, and working in six countries (South Africa, Nigeria, Mexico, Scotland, Wales, and Germany) and twelve US Cities delivering impact and profitable outcomes. For the past 17 years in the Healthcare Industry, Pam has focused her development and contributions in the Healthcare Industry in Critical Care, Women’s Health, Hospital and Home Health, and Orthopedic segments. Currently, Pam is the Vice President at ENOVIS Corporation, an innovation-driven medical technology growth company focused on developing clinically differentiated solutions that better patient outcomes and transformational workflows. Pam leads Marketing for the Bracing and Support Division, a leading category for the Orthopedic company. Enovis’ products are marketed under a portfolio of respected and leading brands including DonJoy, Aircast, Procare and Exos. Pam is directly accountable for strategic marketing, digital marketing, and business execution to drive market share and patient outcomes. Prior to Enovis, Pam led the $1B Home Health Category delivering Software-as-a-Service, and Product Innovation for Sleep Apnea for Philips. Pam was responsible for upstream product management, clinical marketing, and program management to deliver solutions globally to Home Healthcare providers(DME’s), Healthcare Providers, and Health Retailers who serve patients with sleep disorders. Prior to Philips, Pam delivered, with excellence, for 24 years in GE, in various leadership roles in GE Healthcare, GE Lighting, GE Corporate and NBC Universal. In her expansive GE career, Pam gained experience through the Executive ranks, in Product Development and Innovation, Commercial Activation and Market Leadership, Business Strategy, LEAN Six Sigma, Service Leadership, Audit, Financial management, Operations Management, People and P&L Leadership. Pam has served on several boards such as the Boys and Girls of Baltimore, Sweet Potato Kids Treehouse Charities, and serves currently as Vice Chairwoman of the Board for KeraLink International, focused on ending corneal blindness, globally. Pam has a passion for working with non-profits to help deliver outcomes for the communities she serves. She has achieved excellence in board governance and has led the Audit, Technology, Finance and Compensation Committees, as chair. Pam is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and The Links, Incorporated, serving on committees focused on increasing STEM awareness for youth, increasing global career engagement for youth, and ending Opioid use in the collegiate ranks. A committed STEM Professional, Pam has worked with GE, the GE Foundation and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. to build a 20-year partnership to prepare under-represented minority women in STEM and Business with leadership development, as the students transition from collegiate to corporate or academic fields. Pam is a charter member of a collegiate NSBE Chapter and is now a professional member and NSBE Jr. Advisor to the Chapter at the Roosevelt Middle School in West Palm Beach, Florida. Pamela is a proud HBCU and Big10 Alum, earning a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University, and Bachelor of Science Degrees in Physics and Mathematics from Delaware State University. Pamela is based in Boca Raton, Florida, with her husband Marvin, and three daughters (Jasmine, Hope, Alana)
