With a special focus on partnering with clients in the financial services industry, she has been influential in innovating on the Salesforce platform to create assets that deliver value for her clients, quickly. Additionally, she has a passion for building the next generation of leaders at West Monroe through her involvement in the Women’s Leadership Network.
A senior manager in the Data Engineering & Analytics area within West Monroe’s Technology practice, Carol Marr is passionate about understanding how data and reporting solutions can create measurable value and business impacts for clients. As a leader with the Women’s Leadership Network at West Monroe, which serves over 450 women nationally, she seeks to work with the entire firm to achieve gender parity and an employee base of women that is reflective of the communities and clients West Monroe serves.
Julie Prizer is a senior consultant with West Monroe’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice. With a background in supply chain, Julie helps companies with process optimization before and after M&A transactions to ensure her clients are getting the most value. Julie also helps lead the company-wide summer internship program and recruiting efforts at her alma mater, Lehigh University.
Mary is a manager with West Monroe’s Technology practice. She specializes in technical delivery management and has spent the last five years contributing to the development of a proprietary asset called Intellio® Connect used primarily by the energy & utilities industry.
