More and more women are entering tech careers, but based on different studies, after reaching a certain level or certain age (30 something), they leave tech to seek opportunities elsewhere. We promote and encourage the advancement of all kinds, but we wonder what prevents women from advancing in tech across all domains, including DevOps, AI/ML, Security and others. What could be the reason for women leaving tech and what can be done to help them stay and provide a longer runway for growth into Leadership positions?
