Jeff Spiegel, Director, is US Head of BlackRock Megatrend, International and Sector ETFs across index and active strategies. In this role, he manages all aspects of these ETF businesses from product development and range management to research, sales and marketing. Jeff is also a prolific writer on the subject of thematic investing and a regular contributor of insights to an array of research and media outlets including The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Barron's and more. Previously, Jeff led wealth distribution strategy in BlackRock's US and Canada Defined Contribution group, managing business strategy, strategic partnerships and custom product builds to help DC consultants, financial advisors and plan sponsors to achieve successful retirement outcomes for their plan participants. Jeff's service with the firm dates back to 2013. Prior to joining BlackRock, Jeff was a Vice President with family office TLM Realty in New York City and before that worked in mortgage trading and structuring at JPMorgan and Bear Stearns in London. Jeff earned a BA degree in philosophy and history from Brown University.

Tanya Chanda, Vice President, is an Investment Strategist for iShares International and Megatrends ETFs. Previously, Tanya was in Corporate Strategy at Barclays, focused on identifying growth strategies both in the Corporate & Investment Bank as well as the Retail & Consumer businesses. Prior to Barclays, Tanya was a Product Specialist at J.P. Morgan Asset Management covering private OECD Infrastructure. In this role she advised institutional investors, globally, on investments in private core/core-plus infrastructure.

Anna Verhaegen, Associate, is an iShares Product Strategist covering the Megatrend and International ETF product suites. Previously, she was an Investment Management Associate in the US Wealth Advisory Wirehouse Channel - responsible for driving sales and client service for mutual funds, ETFs, and separately managed accounts with retail clients in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. She joined BlackRock through the 2017 Analyst Program, where she supported iShares Leaders in the Independent, Wirehouse & RIA channels. Anna previously interned at Powerlinx Inc., a B2B matching platform in New York, NY. She also worked as an intern at Finance Innovation in Paris, France. Anna graduated with a Bachelor of the Arts in Economics from New York University in May 2017.
