Peggy Gulick recently took a role as Director, Digital Transformation at Kohler Co. Prior to that she was Director, Strategy and Transformation at AGCO Corporation, where she had previously served as AGCO’s Director of Digital Transformation, Global Manufacturing. She has over 20 years of experience in the consumer products and manufacturing industry. Ms. Gulick joined AGCO as leader for AGCO’s Production Systems (Lean) and Information Technology teams. Prior to joining AGCO, Peggy served as Director of Global Business Process at Pure Fishing, Inc. a subsidiary of Newell Brands. Ms. Gulick chartered the Women in Manufacturing Chapter and recently joined the WiM Board of Directors. She joined the Association of Manufacturing Excellence Board of Directors in 2019 and served as President of Clarke University’s Alumni Board of Directors. She was selected as High Achiever in Internet of Things Manufacturing Leadership (MLC, 2016), one of the Top 20 Women in Manufacturing, (2019), a recipient of the Women in Manufacturing STEP Award (Manufacturing Institute, 2014), and most recently inducted into the Women in Manufacturing Hall of Fame. She is proudest of the teams and people she has worked with, citing recognition for their collaborative contribution with awards from Assembly Magazine, AME, Industry Week and Manufacturing Leadership Council for plant excellence.

Virginia Marable is a passionate people and culture leader with extensive experience in both retail and hospitality leadership. She joined Kohler Co. in 2019 as the Director of Human Resources for Ann Sacks Tile & Stone. She is responsible for all talent and culture initiatives to drive employee engagement and helps those around her reach their full potential. She believes kindness is a superpower. She lives in Portland, OR with her husband, active toddler sons - twin boys, and dog, Bear.

Mother of four. Grew up in Spain, in a family that encouraged my technical background, leadership and women empowerment. BS and MS Industrial Engineering, MBA, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. I have been at Kohler for five years holding increased responsibility roles: Operations Engineering supervisor, Program Manager, Portfolio Manager and Business Development Manager-Ops and recently promoted to Associate Director of Engineering Operational Excellence. Before Kohler I was an International Project Manager at Siemens living in seven countries, and a Quality Manager at Curt Joa. I am passionate about future forward change and inspiring and empowering women to develop and progress in their careers by mentoring, sponsoring, and participating on outreach programs. I feel responsible to be part of the change to make us more equitable and diverse. Currently I serve as the Society of Women Engineers FY23 Wisconsin Chapter president.
