Terese Lam oversees the company’s global human resources organization. She brings to Wind River nearly 20 years of HR experience in both large multi-national and medium-sized high-growth organizations spanning across the globe, having lived in Australia, Singapore, France, UK, and now the U.S. Her most recent experience was as vice president and head of HR for AppDynamics, a global SaaS company. Before AppDynamics, she was executive HR leader for the GE Grid Software Solutions business leading integration and cultural transformation efforts following its acquisition of Alstom Grid. Prior to GE, she served in a range of leadership roles at Alstom Grid, including regional HR director for East Asia Pacific based in Singapore and vice president in charge of talent management based in Paris. She also founded after school company Tap in Talents, which she later sold. She holds a Master’s degree in human resource management and training from University of Leicester and a Bachelor’s degree from Queensland University of Technology.

Having excelled across her more than 14 years of experience at Wind River, she has grown her career from Program Management through to becoming Program Director of Internet of Things then moving on to lead the Linux and Compiler development teams. With a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering, Stephanie has expanded on her foundations by mastering Agile methodologies and assuming an Artificial Intelligence first posture in order to lead engineering for the future.
