Jess leads business operations for the global communications and workplace experience teams at Qualtrics. In her role, Jess oversees budget, planning, and large-scale projects. Prior to Qualtrics, Jess worked in public relations for multiple tech companies including Amazon and Microsoft. Jess is based out of Salt Lake City. Fun fact: Jess once ate 13 McDonald’s Filet O Fish sandwiches in one sitting (it was a dare).

Frances Wei

Frances currently serves as head of global product marketing for Qualtrics’ platform capabilities. She is responsible for crafting the strategy and content to bring Qualtrics key differentiators to market. Her prior experience includes product marketing roles at ZipRecruiter and Salesforce. She holds an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas, a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from UCLA (Go Bruins!) and is based out of Los Angeles. Fun Fact: Frances grew up speaking Spanish as a second language- her parents grew up in Lima, Peru!

Prior to Qualtrics, Iris spent five years at Concur Technologies and then at SAP (post the acquisition of Concur by SAP) in various corporate development and corporate strategy roles. Vidhi is the Treasurer and Head of Global Finance Shared Services at Qualtrics with 15+ years of overall Finance experience. She leads Treasury, AP, AR and Billings global teams at Qualtrics. Prior to Qualtrics, she worked with Nordstrom and Microsoft corporate treasury teams. She also has several years of experience in corporate banking before she joined the corporate finance roles. She is an MBA and Engineer from leading institutes in India. She lives in Redmond, WA with her husband and two kids for the last eight years.
