Event details

Bias towards women in STEM2D fields in the workplace is real. So, how may we work to overcome it? Learning to be aware of our own biases as well as those surrounding us makes for a more inclusive and positive work environment for all.

In this session, female  Johnson & Johnson STEM2D leaders will share how they’ve navigated bias in their careers, and give advice on how we can all take action together against bias in the workplace.

Participants will learn about:

  • How to identify bias towards females in the workplace
  • How to work to overcome a situation where bias is present
  • How to take action against biases that affect recruiting and retaining female employees

This event will be recorded and posted here following the event. We'll also email the recording directly to everyone who registers. By registering, you agree to share your email and profile information with the participating company.
