Michaela is an individual contributor on our engineering operations team at Qualtrics. She is committed to bringing the customer voice into all Qualtrics products. Prior to this position, she focused her time on market research and project management. Michaela is a passionate collaborator that focuses on positive and accessible customer experiences with online technology. Michaela graduated from New York University with a degree in psychology. Her main focuses of study were focused on cognition, social psychology, and decision making.

Lindsay is the Senior DEI Program Manager at Qualtrics. She is an Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychologist with experience and expertise in both corporate and academic settings in the areas of talent management, organizational development, as well as workplace diversity and inclusion. She received her B.A in Psychology from Spelman College, and obtained her Masters and Ph.D. from the University of Georgia.

Becky majored in English Literature and has 7 years of experience in the Proposal Management field. Becky lives in Dallas, TX and is a mother to twin 17 year olds and 4 year old black lab. Becky is passionate about leadership, technical and creative writing, and DEI efforts in corporate environments.
