She has acquired more than 15 years of end-to-end, global supply chain experience across Make, Source, Plan & Deliver. Carissa earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration from Drexel University.

In this role, Kristyn leads a team that is responsible for caring for our J&J homes across the Americas region, providing end to end leadership and management of J&J’s building footprint and delivering innovative workplace solutions, reliable facility services and flawless project execution. Kristyn holds a BS in Business Logistics from The Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Rutgers University. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and was recognized in 2019 with a TWIN (Tribute to Women in Industry) Award. Throughout her career, Kristyn has fostered a passion for developing future talent, and she is currently the global Credo champion for the E&PS organization. She has served as the liaison for J&J with the Penn State Center for Supply Chain Research for the past three years and is an Advisory Board member for the 2020/2021 term.

Wanda Shoer currently holds the position of Head, Strategic Business Operations, Global Development. Wanda brings 20 years of experience in business operations, talent management, and learning. She has a track record of delivering business solutions and building effective partnerships across sectors and functions.  Most recently, she served as Global Head, IPV Strategy Realization where she played a critical role in delivering a new operating model. Prior to that, Wanda held the position of Strategy and Operations Support Leader for Global Medical Safety. Wanda joined Johnson & Johnson in 2012 as a Director in Global Talent Management and held several roles leading enterprise-wide initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and delivering operational excellence globally. Prior to joining J&J, she worked across multiple industries in Human Resources, IT, and Talent Development. She spent 10 years both in-house and consulting on organizational change and process improvement in the pharmaceutical and investment banking industries. Wanda holds a BA in Italian Studies and Economics from Wheaton College and an MBA from Simmons University. In her free time, she enjoys reading, fitness, and spending time with her husband and two children. Additionally, Wanda serves on the Latino Advisory Council for the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Somerset, NJ and is an active member of the Latinx community, supporting various organization through community building, mentoring, and educational programming.
