As her passion for data-driven initiatives grew, she pivoted to Modi Media and subsequently one2one/Cadent where she built and led the Platform Analytics group focused on Advanced TV attribution and solution development across all categories. Now overseeing the Data Innovation team at Ampersand, Rachel is most passionate about translating data into powerful and effective storytelling, enabling advertisers to truly understand the impact of their media investments. Rachel lives in NYC and appreciates all the excitement that the city has to offer. While not at work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and traveling to explore different cultures and flavors, all while making sure to never miss a daily Wordle.

With over two decades of media experience, Jessica heads a team that is passionate about helping advertisers reach their audiences in today’s multiscreen environment. During her career, Jessica has worked at Starcom, Fox Television Stations and Katz Media, developing advanced advertising campaigns from both agency and vendor perspectives, while prioritizing the relationships that she forges with her counterparts. Jessica is on the Leadership Development Committee for She Runs It, an organization which focuses on paving the way for woman to lead at every level of marketing, media and tech. Jessica and her husband live in the Chicagoland area where they are raising their young daughter to be a leader in all areas, except for her bedtime.
