Throughout her tenure with Prudential Marcia has served in various roles in Group Insurance, Individual Life, Prudential Advisors/RAS, and Individual Solutions Group. Prior to her current role, Marcia was part of Prudential Advisors Human Resource department in an Inclusion & Diversity role. She manages the entire Conference of African American Financial Professionals along with the American College and other financial industry leaders. Marcia is also an active member of the Black Leadership Forum, one of Prudential’s Business Resource Groups, and served as a Mentor with the “Learn Do Earn” mentoring program at the Link Community School in Newark, New Jersey. Additionally, she collaborated with associates from Chubb Insurance to create the first International Insurance Business Analysis chapter in New Jersey to support career development for Business Analysis. Actively engaged in her community, she has a passion for ensuring equitable education for all children. Marcia has led multiple campaigns to help ensure diverse board members were elected to the West Orange Board of Education. In addition to having served as PTA president for Mount Pleasant Elementary School, Marcia is also a member of the Greater Essex County Chapter of Jack and Jill serving as a teen liaison. Marcia earned a B.A. in Communication of Arts from Caldwell College and a M.B.A. in Organizational Leadership from Excelsior College. She is a recent graduate of the Women Unlimited TEAM & LEAD Programs, a nationally acclaimed management and leadership development program for high potential women. More recently, Marcia was recognized as the 2020 Top Leading Women Corporate Leader.

Cindy DeHaven currently serves as Vice President of the Complaint Handling operation for Prudential’s Enabling Solutions group. She leads a team of over 50 employees and has accountability for cross business unit sales and service complaint resolution and reporting. Over the past year she served as a product owner for a new case tracking Salesforce application. Prior to this role, Cindy was Director of Prudential’s Individual Life Insurance Money Handling, Business Controls, and Privacy operation. In this role she was accountable for customer service delivery and adherence to business controls for the service experience group. In addition, she served as a leader and advocate of women’s initiatives across the organization. Cindy expanded the Newark-based women’s program to Pennsylvania in 2007 where she served as site lead before becoming the national co-chair in 2012. Following this experience, she co-led the Woman Unlimited Alumna program. Cindy is a registered principal (S6 and S26) with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). She obtained her B.S. Liberal Arts undergraduate degree from Excelsior College with a focus on Administration and Communication studies. Cindy enjoys spending time with family and staying active through outdoor activities.

Courtney is currently the Vice President, Client Relationship Management for National Accounts and has been in the group benefits industry since 2001. She leads the Group Insurance National Accounts Customer Relationship Management teams comprised of Directors, Account Managers, and Sales Assistants supporting revenue, sales, persistency targets in the 5,000 lives and national group insurance market segment. She has previously worked for other insurance carriers such as MetLife and Mutual of Omaha. Within the group insurance realm, she has held other leadership positions such as Assistant Vice President of National Accounts Services in the South Customer Unit at MetLife. Prior to joining MetLife, Courtney worked for Mutual of Omaha Insurance and held various positions in the Claims and Contracts departments, including a Client Representative, Premium Auditor, and Supervisor in Group Premium Services. She has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Courtney enjoys volunteering and mentoring to help children and the homeless. She previously mentored children in Nebraska for the Omaha Teammate Mentoring program for 6 years, she was also an AAU Girls track coach for 6 years, and she taught children in the Schools on Wheels in Huntington Beach, CA for 2 years. She is also an executive board member of the Greater Charleston YWCA, serving as the Executive Treasurer since 2019. She is the proud fur-mother to a rescue dog named CoCo, and in their spare time they enjoy running 5Ks together.
