Event details

Climbing the ladder doesn’t always mean switching companies—it can mean shifting departments, trying something new, or stepping into leadership from within. At Brother USA, making moves internally isn’t uncommon. In fact, it’s encouraged. Brother USA is committed to employee morale and, ultimately, success—which may mean shifting mindsets (and jobs). The company offers employees a whole bunch of opportunities to grow their skill sets and network to build internal relationships.

That’s why we’re sitting down with Lena Cohen-Hawkins, DEI/Culture and Corporate Communications; Melissa McLain, the Senior Director of Marketing Operations; and Madison Guyon, the Brand Protection Manager. Together, they’ll share real-life insights, lessons learned, and tangible strategies to help you take the next step—right where you already are. In this webinar, you’ll learn about:

  • How to prepare to navigate your internal career journey with intention

  • How to shift your mindset and grow your skill set to make internal career moves

  • How to build a strong internal network and foster authentic workplace relationships
