Her career goal is to become a C-Suite executive of Innovation. Rochelle has a passion for philanthropy and commits one day a week to service. Rochelle is past-Chair of the American Society of Non-Destructive Testing Golden Gate Section and enjoys judging ISEF county and state science fairs. She serves on multiple advisory boards to further children in STEAM. Rochelle is also the proud wife of an amazing husband and the proud mother of two beautiful toddlers.

Beth is passionate about connecting with her team, customers and end users, developing creative strategy and ultimately driving meaningful innovation and change. Beth prides herself on authenticity and has recently taken on the co-chair position to head up the Women’s Professional Network, aiming to give women in Henkel a place to network and grow professionally, while creating a sense of support and family.

She’s been in this role since HEC opened over 2 years ago and is responsible for devising strategy and overseeing the day-to-day operations. Prior to this, she was in Sales Strategy for Laundry & Home Care, including iconic brands such as Persil. Her career at Henkel started more than 5 years ago as Team Lead Category Development & Strategy.   With almost 30 years of experience, she has worked in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Category Strategy & Product Development roles across several industries ranging from CPG, Fashion, Real Estate Investment, as well as non-profit roles in Fair Trade and Higher Education.  She has a degree in International Relations. In her early twenties, she was appointed to be a member of the International Trade Negotiations team in Venezuela, which gave her the opportunity to work in Foreign Affairs and being part of the Foreign Service at an early age.   Carolina currently serves as President and Co-founder of Unidos!, Henkel’s first Latinx/Hispanic ERG. In addition to that, she is part of a mentoring program for high school students in Stamford, CT; champions commercial initiatives in Sustainability and participates in employee groups, such as the Professional Women Forum and a Lean-in Circle chapter.    She’s a proud American citizen, born in Venezuela from a Venezuelan father and Italian mother.  She’s married and is the proud mother of 3 kids (25, 22 & 20).  Cultivating mind, body & soul are part of her core -through mindfulness, meditation, exercising and music.
