According to the most recent Science and Engineering Indicators report (2022), women still only represent about 34% of all STEM workers. While STEM is still overwhelmingly male-dominated, companies like Squarespace have set out to diversify the industry. Squarespace is committed to building and developing diverse teams to more intimately understand—and create for—its customers’ multifaceted cultures and identities. Employee resource groups (ERGs) and a whole host of inclusive benefits are why 91% of FGBers say women are treated fairly and equally to men at Squarespace, and why 98% would recommend the company to other women. Join us for a discussion with Squarespace engineers who will provide insights into the company’s ample opportunities.
