Orli Cotel is part of the founding team at Paid Leave for the U.S. or "PLUS" for short. PL+US has helped win paid leave for over 8 million people at Walmart, Starbucks, CVS and more -- and now they're channeling that momentum into passing national legislation that would bring paid leave to everyone in the U.S. Before joining PLUS, Orli spent over a decade as a leader at the national Sierra Club, running communications for their groundbreaking Beyond Coal campaign to move the country towards clean energy.

Shadiah cofounded the billion-dollar company HoneyBook and is now solving the childcare crisis as cofounder and CEO of Kinside. Kinside's app connects millions of employees to daycares and child care providers nationwide. Guided by values of equity in the workplace, she prioritizes building high performing teams that are diverse, inclusive and human-centered. Born in Mexico, Shadiah is a first generation American who holds a masters in public policy from Harvard University and her undergraduate degree from Pomona College, a liberal arts college. She has authored groundbreaking studies regarding the gender pay gap and sexual harassment in the freelance economy. She has published in Fortune, Forbes, Huffington Post, and others. She currently lives in Los Angeles with her two rambunctious kids.

Giovanna Gray Lockhart has twenty years of experience at the intersection of business, politics, media, and women's advocacy. Most recently, she joined The Riveter as the company's first Chief Strategy Officer. Prior to that, Lockhart was the Senior Director of Impact for The Wing. As one of the first employees, Lockhart established The Wing as a leading voice in the area of women's equality in the workplace and civic engagement. Lockhart began her career in politics raising money for Presidential Candidate Howard Dean. She developed programs that delivered small donor, internet based fundraising that made Dean for America’s success possible as well as many other Democratic campaigns to come. While building a career in branding and marketing in New York, Lockhart volunteered for several Democratic candidates. Most notably, she founded Generation Obama – a political fundraising and advocacy group dedicated to organizing young people in the 2008 Obama election. With this experience, Lockhart became the Senior Advisor to Senator Kirsten Gillibrand and worked both in Congress and on the Senator's re-election campaign. Rounding out her career in Washington and returning to business, Lockhart served as the Washington Editor of Glamour Magazine during the 2016 election cycle. A New Jersey native, Lockhart lives in New York City with her husband and two young children. In her personal time, Lockhart co-chairs the New York Women's Collective, a political giving group she founded in 2017 that has contributed over $1,000,000 for Democratic women candidates. She serves on the Board of Directors of StoryCorps. Lockhart is a board member of Republic Restoratives, a Washington, DC based, women-owned spirits company. Lockhart is a graduate of Connecticut College where she was a Gender and Women's Studies major and the goalie for the Division 3 Ice Hockey Team. In her free time, Giovanna enjoys playing tennis, completing complex jigsaw puzzles and exploring the coast of Maine with her family.
