I’m passionate about helping people. Whether it’s helping customers get the best value out of technology or mentoring others to accomplish their career aspirations, I find joy in making a difference. Over the past 18 years, I’ve led award winning globally distributed Customer Success and Technology teams. I’m passionate about delivering customer happiness and constantly raising the bar on customer experience through customer-focused team culture, automation and continuous improvements - “Just because something works doesn’t mean it can’t be improved.” In this role at NM, my team and I keep our customers (Field Advisors and Home Office Employees) informed of new technology changes, drive adoption, provide technical support and enable them to get the maximum value out of our technology. I enjoy contributing to the CX industry through keynote speeches, panels and round tables at conferences and other events. With an MBA in Marketing and Human Resources from SDMIMD, India, I became a part of technology industry by chance and I’m happy I’m here! We lack diversity within Tech. I’m committed to moving the gender diversity needle in technology toward a 50/50 split by actively leading or championing several women in tech initiatives to elevate women and D&I. Personally, I love traveling, adventure sports and am all about bucket lists. My husband and I along with our two teenage kids have driven coast to coast and have been to all continents except for Antarctica which we hope to visit some day!

With 15 years in marketing and communications roles – from global hamburger brands to hometown tools and now technology – Angie thrives on finding solutions to problems that make others throw their hands in the air.
