Amy Kim is the Sr. Director of Marketing for Spectrum Enterprise, where she leads demand generation marketing to create value for large enterprises and drive sales. With 25+ years of experience in marketing, she helps organizations meet and exceed sales targets specializing in B2B marketing and prospect acquisition. She has held various roles -- leading the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, digital and creative strategy, media, direct response marketing, analytics, and sales enablement. Amy started with Charter in 2007 and spearheaded many “firsts” – including the launch of an SMB resource blog to drive SEO and engagement, the development of a cadenced direct mail program from the ground-up, and an industry-first B2B eCommerce Buyflow for Internet, Phone and TV services. Amy is a multi-year mentor in the Spectrum Women and Spectrum Multi-Cultural Business Resource Groups – she values the opportunities to learn and help others progress in their careers. She was also a Women In Cable Telecommunications (WICT ) “Women to Watch” in 2012 – an esteemed honor in the industry and received the Cable & Telecommunication Association for Marketing (CTAM) TAMI Award in 2016 for her work in bridging lead generation for MSOs. Amy lives in Connecticut with her husband, two children, mother and a sweet golden doodle name Nola.

Michelle Aragon is the Vice President of Brand Marketing and Strategy at Spectrum Reach, the advertising sales business of Charter Communications. Ms. Aragon is responsible for directing the long-term vision and marketing strategy for all of Spectrum Reach’s multi-screen, advanced advertising products. Prior to joining Spectrum Reach in 2020, Ms. Aragon held an executive leadership role at MAGNA Global and spent the previous years on the agency and brand side. Ms. Aragon has served on the Operating Board of She Runs It, the Board of Trustees of the John A. Reisenbach Foundation, as a Board Member of the New York Chapter of Step Up and is a founding member of Chief. Ms. Aragon holds a B.S. from the University of Idaho and, received additional professional certification from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Tammie Fields has been an evening anchor with Spectrum News 13 since 2017. She also hosts, “Justice For All” which is a show about issues facing the Black community and communities of color. An episode of the show recently won a regional Edward R. Murrow award for excellence in diversity, equity and inclusion about hate groups on the rise. Whether Tammie is in the newsroom, anchoring in the field, covering a special report, or writing a weekly A+ Teachers segment, she makes sure to give a voice to those we might not normally hear from. Tammie has been honored by the Associated Press with an individual achievement award for coverage of the hurricanes in 2004. In 2005, she earned an award from the American Heart Association for Excellence in Cardiovascular Communications for her “Take It to Heart” segments. Two years later, Tammie earned a media ambassador award for her work as a Power to End Stroke Ambassador. In 2009, she was recognized by the Society of Professional Journalists for investigative reporting. It is Tammie’s love of history that shaped her future, leading her to become a journalist — or as she puts it, a recorder of history. Tammie has covered several historical events in the Orlando area, including the Groveland Four, the Ocoee Election Day Race Massacre, and “Integration in The City Beautiful.” She has interviewed white supremacist David Duke and John Paul Rogers, a Central Florida former Grand Dragon of the United Klans of America who ran for mayor in Lake Wales. Tammie has flown with the U.S. Navy’s Blue Angels and interviewed famous people such as former first lady Laura Bush and R&B singer Brian McKnight. She has also had the privilege to meet the late civil rights leader Coretta Scott King and her daughter, the late Yolanda King, at an annual breakfast honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Tammie feels blessed and deeply honored to recognize a special teacher each week who has been nominated as an A+ Teacher. This segment has a special meaning to her: Tammie is the daughter of two retired teachers. She remains in awe of all the talented and giving teachers in Central Florida. Tammie serves as the president of the Central Florida Association of Black Journalists and is a member of the National Association of Black Journalists.

Sharon Greenwood is the Sr. Director of Marketing Communications for Charter, leading lifecycle marketing efforts to maximize customer retention. Her marketing experience spans over 25 years, specializing in B2C growth strategy, lifecycle marketing and performance optimization. Sharon’s career in the telecommunications industry started at Comcast in 2010, where she successfully managed change across the organization in her various roles, which included introducing new ways to personalize communications using segmentation and variable data, integrating advanced analytics into the test and learn strategy, and launching a new mobile product. Since starting at Charter in 2019, Sharon has led the roll out and adoption of automated reporting for direct response and spear headed integrated communication strategies for key initiatives including expansion projects and retention. She is also the recipient of Cablefax awards in 2015 and 2019 for direct response campaigns and is a Half the Sky Leadership program alum. Outside of work, Sharon is a member of the special education PTA, enjoys volunteering at the local animal shelter and looks forward to spending time traveling with her family. She currently resides in Connecticut with her husband, two children, loving cat and very high energy Aussie.
