Join Fairygodboss and Decker Communications for a workshop on the communication tools you need to be an effective leader in any situation. Based on Decker’s signature training, Leadership Presence for Women, this webinar will focus on the key challenges women face as well as how they can capitalize on their unique strengths.
Come prepared with a specific situation and topic in mind where you need to communicate to influence (i.e. gain buy-in, shift a mindset, make a recommendation, etc.). No need to jot down notes or create an outline, just be ready to use it as a launching point to create a more targeted message throughout the program. During this 1-hour program, we’ll address:
