Brad Kogut is the Vice President of Global Corporate Talent Acquisition, and Diversity and Inclusion for WWE. In this role Brad is responsible for leading all recruiting efforts of corporate employees across the company, as well as championing WWE’s commitment to diversity and inclusivity. Prior to WWE Brad has held leadership positions within Human Resources for Starwood Hotels, The Madison Square Garden Company, and Gartner, and as part of his responsibilities has built diversity programming within each of these organizations. Originally from Buffalo NY, Brad is a graduate of Culver Military Academy college preparatory boarding school and has a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from Bowling Green State University.

Trupti Pullen is a Senior Recruiter for WWE. In this role, Trupti is responsible for identifying top talent, as well as developing sourcing strategies which lead to the achievement of business hiring objectives. Prior to joining WWE and over her nearly 20 years of recruitment experience, Trupti has held Talent Acquisition positions across a variety of industries, in RPO, corporate, and agency environments. Within these roles, in addition to being responsible for individual contributor, leadership, and campaign driven/project-based hiring, she also managed recruitment process strategy development and implementation for many of her clients. Throughout her professional path Trupti’s motivation has focused and remained on making impactful contributions to an organization’s success, while also bringing a commitment of excellence to the candidate experience.
