Cyndi Izzo leads the KPMG U.S. Technology Risk Management network of people and services, as part of the firm’s Advisory practice. With more than 25 years of management advisory, business and technology experience, Cyndi is accountable for sustained and measurable business growth through a purpose-led approach, which includes identifying, developing, mentoring, and retaining top talent while perpetuating the core values of the firm. Technology Risk Management (currently powered by 450+ professionals) answers the demand for solutions that address technology and enterprise risk from emerging and disruptive technologies (i.e., Cloud Computing, Social Media, Mobile Enterprise, Internet of Things, Blockchain, Robotics, etc.). Cyndi and her team bring real and positive impact to Advisory clients by aligning their emerging technology risk agenda with their dynamic business and compliance priorities. In recent years, Cyndi was the U.S. Cyber Strategy and Governance solution leader, as well as the U.S. Privacy leader. In her earlier roles, she was responsible for the development and advancement of Cyber services, including training, development, and skill utilization of more than 160 professionals.
