At Allina Health, she served as the chair of Allina’s Women’s ERG Leadership Committee, was a member of the CEO DE&I Roundtable and is a board member for the Anoka County Workforce Development Board. In addition, throughout her career she continues to engage in developing career exploration programs designed to recruit diverse talent and advance behaviors that embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion at all levels and abilities. Tonya has a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and is currently pursuing a MBA in Health Care.
