Hi, everyone!!! My name is Margie. I am starting a new online relationship coaching business that helps families (parents, caregivers) understand, relate and connect with their children. We need relationships from the cradle to the grave and being there is not enough. In my 9-4 life, I work with families in a funded service. I love what I do and the families I work with, but would like to reach high earner families who are looking for a personalized service with great results. I have four adult children and 3 grandchildren. I enjoyed every stage that our children went through and am now enjoying them as adults - the cooking together, the game times, the laughter; even the teenage grandchildren!!! I really enjoy learning about the challenges that families are facing. Reading posts helps me as I journey forward in my work and personal life.

Hi! So glad to be a part of this group. 1. I'm a writer and communications strategist who has served in a variety of communications roles in my career, from journalist to PR Director to Content Marketing Manager. I boil it down to this -- I take complicated information and make it easy for the general public to digest, Then I digitize that info and share it across the world. I've worked in political, nonprofit, oil and gas, travel, and commercial real estate investing industries. 2. I am a mother to three, two girls aged 8 and 6, and a boy aged 3. I homeschooled briefly while doing political and small business consulting, and decided for the sake of my kids' and my own sanity that I would return to full-time work. We are all a happier bunch! 3. I hope to learn from other women in the trenches how to stay positive and find success. I, too, am navigating priorities and find myself shifting constantly. I would love insights on how to pare down my focus so my family and I both succeed.

Executive Recruiter and Leadership Coach

Hi! Thanks for setting up this group. I’m excited to be part of the discussion. 1. I’m a global executive recruiter, working with director level and above candidates. I lead global searches across fmcg industries. I work full time. I am seriously considering getting my executive coaching cert this spring from Rutgers. It’s a full year program. 2. I am a mom of two (5 yrs and 18 months). They’re active kids and starting activities. My husband also works full time so we do our best to share all of the responsibilities. 3. I hope to hear more about how people try to achieve their personal and professional goals. I have come to learn that it is about ruthlessly prioritizing and I am attempting to identify what my “botttom line” is (Ie things I will not compromise on) so that I have a bit of a North Star. Would love to hear from others!
