How is everyone doing?
As moms, wives, significant others, professionals, businessowners, we are always on the move. I am challenging everyone to make time for yourself. Schedule you at least 30 minutes to do whatever the heck you want. Rather that is running around screaming in the nude (lol), reading a book, yoga, meditations, etc . As moms we hold the households together, so if we break everything else around us will too. Thank you for being amazing.

You are so right! Many of us will laugh at you at finding those 30 minutes a day because we don't have it.
But we actually do and should make it a priority!!! I've done a few things to make it easier on me and not doing everything while the rest of my household just sits there.
I have everyone doing something - my 19 & 21 year old boys do dishes, cooking dinners (3 times a week they cook and follow meals from hello fresh or similar - it allows them to learn how to cook and follow directions. I figure out the rest of the days as well as not have to meal plan for the 3 days they cook!), their own laundry, vacuuming, etc!
It's not perfect but I also made my husband get on board to talk to them too about cleaning up after themselves so it's just not only me.
These things have made a world of difference so far.

I salute you Queen. I have 3 sons (10,12,15) and they all have chores daily. My husband helps out too, but it's still hard to not pick up things here and there. Sometimes my schedule has been so packed I've forgotten to eat or take a few minutes to meditate. So, when I realized that I decided, to "Reclaim my time". I let my husband know that Ms. Kitty don't work well when she tired. LOL. He immediately got on board. LOL.
We can be so busy be productive that we lose track of ourselves. I am so proud of you for making yourself a priority and glad that the whole family is onboard.

It's so hard to be the only female in this house lol! It took a lot of push from me to get it this way and sometimes I have to get everyone back on track!

We have started a January Cleanse at our house. I took time to organize some of the kids items that have been a mess since last Fall. It felt great!

I know it did. It's amazing how much stuff we seem to find even though we're constantly donating stuff. Great job at doing something that made you feel relaxed.

Thank you and I hope you're having a great day too! I reorganized and recorded my little guy's school books and got that off of my plate. That has been hanging over my head for months and now I have peace of mind about it because I'm all caught up. :) I'm glad that I had a slow day today.
