Looking for guidance on how to manage a demanding career leading a team (new occurrence within the last 2 months and I’ve been with the company 5 months) and managing single motherhood.
I need help for long days - and clearly need some sort of help outside of school hours. What do you have?

I'm not a mom, so I can't offer the best advice. But I think the best action to take first would be transparency with your team - so you build trust and understanding!
