How's it going for people searching in tech?
It seems everywhere I look there's a headline about mass layoffs, making the candidate pool more competitive. I'm 8 months out of work and it's been stressful and disheartening, but I have no option but to keep moving forward.

Not sure if it would help but look up Harvard resume example, ensure your LinkedIn matches your resume and lastly continue to keep a positive mindset

Hang in there! I know that seems trite, but don't give up. Have you thought about using your tech skills outside the tech industry like maybe in government or the nonprofit sector? You'd be surprised how much both those industries pay at the top notch orgs. I'm in a pretty toxic tech company right now but hanging on until I find something else as well.

Same here.
In a toxic tech company that's trying to manage out its high performers by saying they are low performing to reduce headcount to save $$. Unreal. I'm hanging in until I find something better.
