What are your 2019 wins?
I've done this exercise every year and just did it to close out an 8-week online course with 70 women (The Chase - morebrave.com).
1. Write down your "wins" of 2019 (look in your calendar, in the hard times, through sickness and loss, in love and risk)
2. Say them out loud. (extra credit if you share them with someone - anyone)
3. Rip up the paper in little pieces and burn it.
Digging into to 2019 to let it go. It's cathartic. And, it makes you feel ready to welcome in the wins of 2020.
