Well, I might as well be honest. I would like a book showing men how to behave in a leadership position. So many bosses I have had, who were brilliant, could not hold a predictive meeting to save their life. In currently dealing with a man who is letting one team member sink a project. The other team members are some of the best people I've worked with, this poor manager doesn't see the ship is sinking. I would like a book for these men, so they can make the few small changes that keep these people on the team.
