Customer Service Frontline

Hi I’m a shop floor worker anyway I had covid and since I got back to work I’ve been treated differently and putting me on a job which causes my anxiety to rise and then I make errors and dreading every shift like I don’t want to be there feel unwanted and my confidence has got that low I feel like I’m useless.

Chin up! You are not useless so NEVER feel like you are useless, unappreciated maybe. But appreciate yourself. That is the word of God. And, follow through. I would like you to write to us a list of all these things that are causing you Stress at work confront your fears we are here with you, you might help others by breaking the silence. And by being aware maybe you could share these with your HR employer department so they can give you some reassurance. Or you know who to talk to! So, Talk to us even if is anonymous. Ok Girl.. We are together!
