It hit during work hours so zero impact on me - but I did realize which of my coworkers on on social during a typical day as they had withdrawal symptoms, kept refreshing....refreshing....

Great question! I'm mostly on Twitter, but reading what everyone else was saying on there was really eye-opening. I think a lot of people rely on IG and FB to distract themselves and get them through the day. What about you?
