Eager to hear your thoughts around how we can encourage more young women to consider entering this industry post-graduation? My company is committed to empowering women to be a small business owner (https://www.farmersinsurance.fairygodboss.com/) ..but interested to know how other companies are approaching this topic.
gosh that's a hard one. It definitely helps if they see women in leadership roles out front... that seems to be the biggest hurdle for most companies I've worked for where the majority of leadership is over 40, white and male....
As part of the younger generation, I would wonder what current outreach you're doing and how you're framing your work!
