Recent Graduate Actively Job Searching
Hello to all !
This is my first post in the group and I would love to get some feedback from others! I have recently graduated with my masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology. I am so excited to start my journey (even in the midst of chaos)!
As I am actively job searching and I would love to get involved in webinars, speaking engagements (in person and virtual), podcasts, and anything else where I can leverage my education to connect with others in the network! I am utilizing LinkedIn, but am open to any advice, recommendations or feedback about what has or has not worked for you!

Thanks for commenting. I will soon be moving out to the Denver area and am looking to get connected out there for a position. I recently graduated from La Salle University in Philadelphia! Great opportunities around this area, but looking to branch out a little more!

Hi Dawn!
I am new to the group as well and just recently graduated. Congratulations on your accomplishment, that's awesome. My biggest suggestion to you would be to use LinkedIn as heavily as possible, it is a great resource. You may also have some luck with SHRM, they do a lot of webinars and things of the sort. I recently across an organization called DistruptHR, they host events in different cities and focus on different HR topics, this could be an awesome place for you to get started!

Thank you so much for commenting Dakota! I have most certainly been doing everything I can to utilize LinkedIn, but I have never heard of DistruptHR before. I will definitely be checking it out, Thanks so much!
