How to turn off autopilot and build a mindfulness practice in everyday life

As the pandemic continues, we are hearing more and more from early career women like you in our group about their challenges facing burnout and living on autopilot. The problem with living on autopilot is that it can leave you sleepwalking through life’s pivotal moments, making it difficult to make intentional decisions about how you want to work and live your life. Before you know it, you’re living your life by default, not by design. Over time, these small mindless decisions can prevent you from reaching your definition of success. We invite you to join us this Tuesday, September 22 at noon ET/9 am PT as we discuss this topic and how you can build a mindfulness practice in your life. Our guest will be Patricia Karpas will share some incredible wisdom on what to do when you feel like you are living on autopilot and how to build and integrate a mindfulness practice into your daily life. Patricia leads content for Meditation Studio, the 5-star app that Apple named as one of its top 10 of the year. She is also the co-host and founder of the popular podcast, Untangle. Patricia is a former television and media executive and has worked at CNBC, NBC, AOL and Time Warner.
